Accountability:
Ensure excellence in Business delivery:
1. Work in a flexible team in delivering analysis to stakeholders working within the onshore and offshore analysis resource as appropriate on various business problems
2. Understand the dynamics of client/business problems and demonstrate a logical approach to analysis to address these problems
3. Develop and scope projects for analytical solutions for business through data analysis and creating powerful data insights
4. Contribute to business process improvement through idea generation and business delivery improvement initiatives (e.g. project enhancement through additional analysis modules etc.)
5. Develop and build data cube structures for efficient data extraction and use for various analytical purposes and help bring process efficiency
6. Use all available data sources to effectively provide management information reports in accordance with quality standards and service level agreements.
7. Exhibit a structured approach to identification, extraction, manipulation and analysis of data for decision support and management information
8. Undertake analysis and prepare outputs as part of day-to-day work
Candidate Profile:
Requirements:
1. Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Economics/Commerce/Mathematics
2. Masters in Business Administration in Finance (preferred)
3. 1-3 years of relevant experience in analytics preferably within financial services industry or database marketing
